Refund policy

Our product return policy is valid up to 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.


There is no refund for opened products.


It must also be in the original packaging. All other sales are final.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


No refunds will be made for any product damaged by accident, neglect, unreasonable use, or lost in the post.


Refunds


To start a return, you must complete the online form so that we can process the return and refund correctly.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or Missing Refunds


Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process. If you haven’t received a refund after that time, check your bank account again or contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Return Shipping

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


You will be responsible for paying shipping costs associated with your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product or refund to reach you may vary.


We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item. For your protection, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
